Cancellations for Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly or annual software subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account dashboard or contact us at legal@ecomverx.com.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access to the software until your current billing cycle ends.

Refunds for Digital Products & SaaS

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, themes, and software, all sales are considered final once the digital product has been downloaded or the software accessed. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our product, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if we cannot provide a functional solution, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.
